1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
This includes order confirmation, product preparation, and packaging.
Please note:

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods (drops, launches, sales), processing may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Typical delivery timeframes within Australia:

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

Delays may occur due to postal service issues, weather, or peak season.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Hungry Label is not responsible for:

Lost packages due to wrong address information provided by the customer
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
We can only update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number first.
